Online Payment by Bank Card

You can pay for your order securely online using a bank card. We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed through the trusted and secure CloudPayments platform. All card data is transmitted securely using TLS encryption and is not stored on our servers.

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt and order details.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay in cash upon receiving your order:

  • to the courier (where available)

  • at our pickup point (if applicable)

Please check with our support team whether this payment method is available in your region.

Bank Transfer (for Legal Entities)

We offer payment by invoice for companies and registered businesses.

To request an invoice:

  1. During checkout, select “Bank Transfer (for legal entities)”.

  2. Fill in your company’s billing information.

  3. After order confirmation, we will email you the invoice.

The order will be shipped after the payment is received in our bank account.

Delivery Information

Courier Delivery

Delivery Cost

The cost of delivery by our courier service is 500 RUB.
This option is available when you select courier delivery during checkout.


Delivery Time & Schedule

  • Delivery time confirmation: After placing your order, our delivery manager will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability:

  • If the item is in stock – delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • If the item is out of stock – delivery within 7–14 days.

You may also request a specific delivery time — we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.
Delivery to other regions or remote areas is arranged individually with the client.

Incorrect contact information may cause delays.

Delivery Address

Upon delivery, you will receive all necessary purchase documents:

  • Sales receipt and cash receipt

  • Warranty card

  • (For legal entities) Invoice and delivery note — the company stamp is required

Please note:

  • The price stated in the documents is final. Couriers are not authorized to make changes to the order total.

  • Delivery cost is listed as a separate line item in your receipt.


Delivery in CIS Countries

Delivery outside the Moscow region and across the CIS is carried out via third-party logistics companies.

Delivery personnel are not responsible for providing consultations or comments regarding the product’s features or usage.

If installation of the purchased product is required, please inform our manager in advance.

Upon delivery, please carefully check:

  • Product functionality

  • Whether the product matches the description on our website

  • Presence of any mechanical damage

If no claims are made upon receipt regarding mechanical damage, such claims will not be accepted later.
